ServiceTitan doesn't publish its prices. You get a quote from its sales team, priced per technician. Third-party guides in 2026 put the three packages at about $245 to $500 per technician per month, plus a one-time onboarding fee of $5,000 to $50,000, with contracts commonly reported as annual or longer.
This guide pulls together what ServiceTitan lists on its own pricing page and what contractors and review sites report paying, so you can sanity-check a quote before you sign. Every dollar figure below is a third-party estimate, not a ServiceTitan price.
Prices checked November 7, 2026.
ServiceTitan sells three packages: Starter, Essentials and The Works. Each one shows a Request Pricing button instead of a price, and the page says pricing is per technician.
| Package | What ServiceTitan lists | Reported price per tech per month |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | Dispatching, scheduling, call booking, invoicing, pricebook | About $245 to $300 |
| Essentials | Everything in Starter, plus mobile estimates and payroll | About $300 to $400 |
| The Works | Everything in Essentials, plus configurable payroll, advanced reporting, commission tracking and custom memberships | About $400 to $500 |
Reported prices come from Tooled Up Pro (updated May 2026) and guides that repeat its figures, including Projul and Forz. Several of these sites sell competing software or earn affiliate fees, so treat the numbers as a range to test, not a quote.
The packages build on each other, and the main jump is in estimates, payroll and reporting.
Many of the tools ServiceTitan is known for sit outside the packages as Pro products, each priced on its own.
ServiceTitan charges a one-time onboarding fee for setup, data migration and training. It isn't published, and guides report it by shop size:
Onboarding often runs several weeks. Ask what the fee covers: pricebook build, data import, integrations, and how many training sessions are included.
ServiceTitan's Pro products are priced separately from the packages. Its pricing page names AI Virtual Agent, Marketing Pro, Contact Center Pro, Pricebook Pro, Fleet Pro, Scheduling Pro, Dispatch Pro and Field Pro. Guides report monthly prices for a few of them:
Third-party estimates suggest add-ons can raise the total bill by 30% to 60%. Payment processing is charged per transaction on top.
ServiceTitan contracts are commonly reported as annual or longer. Third-party guides also report that ending a contract early can mean paying the remaining months. Before you sign, get these in writing:
Here is what the reported Essentials range adds up to, before add-ons and payment processing. It is an illustration built from the estimates above, not a quote.
| Shop size | Essentials per month | Onboarding (one time) | First year total |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 techs | $900 to $1,200 | $5,000 to $15,000 | $15,800 to $29,400 |
| 10 techs | $3,000 to $4,000 | $5,000 to $15,000 | $41,000 to $63,000 |
| 25 techs | $7,500 to $10,000 | $15,000 to $30,000 | $105,000 to $150,000 |
For a 10-tech shop, that is roughly $41,000 to $63,000 in the first year, and $36,000 to $48,000 a year after that.
ServiceTitan is built for residential HVAC, plumbing and electrical companies with a full office: call takers, dispatchers and managers who use its call booking, pricebook, payroll and reporting every day. For a shop like that, growing past 10 to 15 techs, the cost can make sense.
For a crew of 1 to 10, the math is harder. The per-tech price, the onboarding fee and a contract that is hard to leave early add up before the extra features pay back. Most small shops need scheduling, estimates, invoicing, reports and payments, and simpler tools cover those for far less.
If the quote is more than your shop needs, compare a few tools with published prices and month-to-month billing. Our ServiceTitan alternatives guide compares the main options side by side.
Clevra is one of them. It covers clients, estimates, jobs, scheduling, invoicing, online payments and the customer portal on every plan, with checklists, inspection reports and QuickBooks Online on Pro and Business. Pricing is a flat monthly plan fee, not per tech:
Clevra doesn't do payroll, commission tracking or a call center the way ServiceTitan does. See the full Clevra vs ServiceTitan comparison and our pricing page.
A clear quote answers these before you sign:
ServiceTitan doesn't publish prices. Third-party guides in 2026 report about $245 to $500 per technician per month, depending on the package, plus a one-time onboarding fee reported at $5,000 to $50,000. A 10-tech shop on Essentials would pay roughly $3,000 to $4,000 a month on those estimates.
ServiceTitan sells through its sales team and prices each deal. Its pricing page lists three packages with a Request Pricing button, and its annual report says pricing is partly based on the number of technicians a customer employs.
ServiceTitan's site offers demos and pricing requests rather than a self-serve free trial. Ask the sales rep whether a pilot or a short trial period is possible before you sign.
It can be for a fast-growing residential HVAC, plumbing or electrical shop with office staff to run it. For crews of 1 to 10, the per-tech price, onboarding fee and contract often cost more than the extra features return.
Contracts are commonly reported as annual or longer, and third-party guides say early termination can mean paying the remaining months. Read the term, renewal and termination clauses before you sign, and ask how you export your data if you leave.
Clevra publishes its prices, and Pro and Business are billed monthly or yearly. The Free plan has no end date, and Pro or Business are free for 14 days, no card needed.
