This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies Clevra Inc. (dba Clevra) uses on our website at clevra.ai and in the Clevra app at app.clevra.ai, and how you can control them. It adds detail to section 7 of our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work the same way. Some are set by the site you visit (first-party cookies) and some by a service that site uses (third-party cookies).
2. The short version
- We use essential cookies to sign you in and keep the app secure.
- We use functional storage to remember settings such as interface preferences.
- We use Google Analytics to see, in aggregate, how people find and use our website and sign-up pages.
- We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies, and we do not sell your information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Google Analytics is loaded through Google Tag Manager, which itself does not set cookies. On our sign-up page it also records that an account was created, so we can see which pages lead to sign-ups.
Exact cookie names and lifetimes are set by each provider and can change. We review this list when we add or remove a tool.
4. Links to other services
Some links take you to other services, such as Calendly when you book a demo, or LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok from our footer. Those services set their own cookies under their own policies once you are on their sites.
5. How to control cookies
- Browser settings. Every major browser lets you see, block and delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies will stop you from signing in to Clevra.
- Google Analytics. You can block Google Analytics on all sites with Google's opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies from google-analytics.com in your browser.
- Private browsing. Cookies set in a private or incognito window are deleted when you close it.
Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, browser signals such as Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control do not change what we do.
6. Changes to this policy
We update this page when the cookies we use change. The "Last Update" date at the top shows the current version.
