Not yet — the current QuickBooks integration is Online only. Desktop is on the roadmap. If you're on Desktop today, you can still run Clevra and export data manually until the integration ships.

Yes — you need an active QuickBooks Online or Xero subscription to use the integration. Clevra connects to your existing account; it doesn't replace your accounting software.
Accounting integrations are on Pro ($49/mo, 5 users) and Business ($99/mo, 15 users). The Free plan includes CSV export if you want to import to QuickBooks manually.
