A client portal is a private page where your clients see their own estimates, invoices and appointments. In Clevra clients sign in with a magic link, password, code or Google, then approve estimates, pay invoices, request work and download PDFs without calling your office.

Clients see upcoming appointments and past work, download estimate and invoice PDFs, and view completed checklists.
New work, straight in
Existing clients can request new work from the portal, and it lands in your Requests list like any other request.
You choose what shows
Turn the portal on or off, add a welcome message, and choose whether clients see estimates, appointments and service requests. The portal shows Clevra branding on the Free plan and your own logo on paid plans.
