What is an AI business assistant for field service?
An AI business assistant for field service is a chat that answers questions about your jobs, clients and money in plain language. In Clevra it reads your live records, shows the reports it used as sources, and never changes data, so you get quick answers without building a report.
Answers from your own numbers
Ask about jobs, estimates, clients, revenue, receivables, expenses, timesheets and tax. The assistant looks up the figures in your account and lists its sources under each answer, such as the aged receivables or revenue report, so you can open the full report when you need more detail.
It sees only what you can see
The assistant works within your role. A technician with limited access gets answers about their own work, and pay or costing figures stay hidden from anyone who is not allowed to see them. See roles and permissions.
Read-only by design
The assistant answers questions. It does not send messages, take payments, edit records or delete anything, so you can let the office ask it freely.
Included with Pro and Business
The assistant comes with Pro (500 messages a month for the company) and Business (2,000 a month), and Custom plans are uncapped. Trial accounts get 2,000. See pricing.
Prefer Claude or another AI app?
The Clevra MCP server connects your account to Claude and other MCP clients, and it does not use the assistant's message allowance.
