Log refrigerant on the visit
Add refrigerant type and pounds added to the checklist so it's on the visit record. Clevra doesn't do EPA 608 or halocarbon reporting.
Turn findings into estimates
Worn belt, failing capacitor, dirty coil? Send the repair estimate from your price book during the visit.
Once the client approves online with a typed name and an optional drawn signature, the estimate becomes the job, so nothing gets typed twice.

Job costing shows profit per job from line items, labour and expenses, so you can see which buildings cost more than they pay.
Invoice every PM visit and get paid by card
Work done. Hit "Generate Invoice" on the job and its line items carry over. Email it to the client; on Pro and up, clients who opt in to texts also get a heads-up by SMS.
