What is job management software?

One record per job
Each job shows the client, property, source request, line items, notes and attachments. Add a deposit, export a PDF, or import jobs in bulk from a CSV file.
Visits for every trip
A job can have one visit or many. Each visit has its own time, crew, tasks and checklists. Set up recurring visits daily, weekly, every two weeks, monthly or every set number of days, and book long-interval work on its due date.
Know what needs attention
The Jobs list shows totals for late jobs, jobs that need invoicing and jobs that need action, so nothing sits forgotten. Switch between a list and a board view.
Profit on every job
The job page shows revenue, labor and expense costs, profit and margin as work happens. See job costing.
From finished job to invoice
When the work is done, click Generate Invoice on the job and send it. See invoicing.

Yes. Add as many visits as the work needs, each with its own time, crew, tasks and checklists.
