For service and inspection crews, yes. Knowify Core starts at $99 a month for one user, extra users are $29 each, and dispatch is a Service Pro add-on from $99 a month. Clevra Pro is $49 a month for up to 5 users with dispatch included, or $39 billed yearly.
Does Clevra do progress billing or AIA pay apps?
No. Clevra invoices from the job, with deposits. If you bill large projects in stages with AIA G702 and G703, Knowify is the better fit for that work.
Can Clevra write inspection reports?
Yes. Your crew fills a checklist on site with readings, photos and a signature, and Clevra drafts the report with AI. The client gets a PDF by email and in their portal. Pro and up.
Does Clevra have native mobile apps?
Clevra runs in any phone browser, and the Technician app is in iOS beta. Knowify has iOS and Android apps in the stores today.
Does Clevra connect to QuickBooks?
Yes. QuickBooks Online is on Pro and up and sends clients, invoices, payments and estimates to your books. QuickBooks Desktop is not supported.
Can I switch from Knowify to Clevra?
Yes. Export your clients from Knowify or QuickBooks as a CSV and import them into Clevra. Keep Knowify until you no longer need your old contracts and pay apps.
