Comparison / Clevra vs Hearth

Clevra vs Hearth

An honest comparison for home improvement and trade contractors: what each one does, pricing, and AI. Hearth details checked October 24, 2026.

The short answer

Hearth helps your customers pay. Clevra runs the job they're paying for.

Hearth started as a customer financing marketplace and still leads with it: 18+ lenders, monthly payments on your estimates, and Hearth Pay. Around that it adds estimates, scheduling, a CRM and an AI receptionist called Harper on a higher tier. Its pricing page shows no prices. Clevra is a full field service app with published prices: dispatch, recurring visits, inspection checklists, AI-written reports, invoices and an AI Receptionist from $49 a month.

Choose Clevra if

  • You need dispatch, recurring visits, job costing and timesheets, not just selling
  • You want to see the price before you talk to sales
  • Your jobs end in an inspection or condition report
  • You want an AI Receptionist on the same plan as your checklists

From the first call to the paid invoice, in one app

Hearth is strongest at the kitchen table, when the homeowner is deciding how to pay. Clevra covers the rest of the job: the booking, the crew, the checklist on site, the report and the invoice.
