Changes in Clevra reach QuickBooks within moments: invoices when you send them, plus later edits, voids and payments. A payment you record in QuickBooks comes back to Clevra and marks the invoice paid.

Clevra doesn't pull invoice edits back from QuickBooks, so make changes in Clevra and they sync to QuickBooks. Payments you record in QuickBooks do come back and mark the Clevra invoice paid.

You can import clients and jobs from CSV files, including Jobber exports. Invoice history doesn't import, so keep your old account until you no longer need it. For bigger migrations, book a call and we'll help.

Yes. You need an active QuickBooks Online subscription to use the integration. Clevra connects to your existing account; it doesn't replace your accounting software. Xero isn't supported yet.

You can switch estimate sync off. Invoices, payments and the customers on them always sync, and in setup you choose how income accounts, tax codes and payment methods map.

No. During setup Clevra suggests matches with your existing QuickBooks customers (by email) and items (by name) for you to confirm, and creates new ones only where nothing matches.
